I’m Pooja Menon from Kerala, based in Bangalore by Qualification I did my B A Literature and NIIT and I am ACE Certified Fitness Coach and Internationally certified Group X and Zumba Instructor. I have been in this field for close to 9 years before which I was a software professional. I am a mom of 2 boys, aged 13 and 6.

I take Zumba classes in a couple of communities and do personal training as per the requirements of ladies. I also provide nutritional advice to my clients. I am also certifying to be an Image consultant, which equips me to give my clients a whole package of being Fit and Fab, inside out.
I always wanted to do something to keep myself busy but being a mother was a big responsibility for me as I always wanted to give my family and my profession equal importance.I don’t remember the time when I was NOT a mom… My two boys are the center of my universe. Life revolves around them. Being a mom is an amazing feeling. It has changed me to a better person, with more patience and more love to give. A mom is like an architect. We are the one who helps to put that all important foundation for a child’s future, by instilling all the qualities and values that would help them in future years ahead.

I have always been passionate about fitness. After the birth of my second son, I switched my career from software to fitness as I felt it was time to make something out of my passion. That’s how I went in for my first certification. My aim was to cater to ladies who were motivated to make a healthy change in their lives but did not know how. That’s how being a fitness coach happened. Find more details around jogos de caça niqueis antigos gratis. My weight was my inspiration. Let me tell you how. After the birth of my second son, I had reached an all-time high of 93 kilos. It was a wake-up call for me when I started having issues like breathlessness and knee pain. I embarked on a fitness journey to get off those extra kilos. During this journey, I realized that maybe there are a lot of moms out there who don’t have the proper guidance to lose weight but have the intentions to do so. That’s when I decided to educate myself to help other moms in their journey to weight loss. Exercise had always been a passion, and I was fortunate enough to be able to translate that into a profession, with the ample support of my family.
The easiest about being a creative mom is that you are your own boss and you can align your work to be there for your kids when they come back home from school. That is something I grew up with, my mom waiting for me, and that is what I have always wanted to give to my children. This profession gave me flexibility. The toughest yet challenging aspect is that I am responsible for the fitness of another human being. I have to ensure that the program I give the client suits him or her and that it produces results and in the end, makes them achieve their goal and make them happy.
I have a very supportive family, my husband who works for an NGO, and two amazing boys, Aayush, and Kunaal. Had it not been here without them, I would not have realized what my calling was. I enjoy music and dance and spending time with friends and family. I love traveling and adventure. I absolutely love what I am doing with my life. I could not imagine myself doing anything else in this life. I want to spread the word of fitness to many people I can reach. Fitness is not just about weight loss to gain. It’s a lifestyle change, it’s taking care of yourself, physically and mentally, it’s a way of staying happy. If you are happy, everyone around you will be happy, and that would make a much happier world.

Losing weight and getting fit is a resolution that so many people fall off from quickly, but I am on a mission to motivate them to have a healthy and fit Life.

The message I would like to convey to all Indian mothers who are talented and creative but never exposed to the world is to go out there, find your calling. It could be the smallest thing in your everyday life that brings you happiness. Find that happiness quotient and try to make it large and Enjoy what you are doing, and spread love and joy.
I enjoy being happy every day, and hopefully, you can hear my happiness in my Zumba music. Life is challenging but beautiful too.
